Each review card is an image Dental Link published on its Facebook page when that patient's review came in. Each card uses the patient's name and the same words as their published review. In most of them, the patient is standing next to Jordan, the founder of Dental Link.

The clinic that treated the patient did that work, and the patient shared the photos. They show one person's case. Dental Link did not do the dental work. It is not what your own case will look like. We do not promise a medical result anywhere on this site.

What Dental Link will not do with reviews, and why.
Every quote on this page is published, written by the patient, with their real name. If we cannot tie a quote to a real published review, it does not go on the site.
We do not hand out patients' contact details. So we will not put you on the phone with a past patient. On your call with Dental Link, we walk you through cases like yours. We cover the plan, the price and how it went.
Clinics do not write our reviews. No clinic can pay to be listed, placed higher, or shown to more patients. We are paid only when treatment is completed.
Why there is no star average on this page
A star average and a review count are easy to put on a page and hard to check. We publish the reviews themselves, with the names attached. The star totals stay on Google and Facebook, where patients wrote the reviews. Any star average or review count added to this page later will have a source you can check.

Can I see what other Dental Link patients said?
Yes, and with their real names. Every review is public on Google and our Facebook page. Each one is written by the patient, not by us or a clinic.
Why are there only thirteen reviews on this page?
Because these thirteen reviews are the ones we can show you, published under the patients' real names. Dental Link has guided more than 100 patients so far, and not all of them write reviews. We would rather show thirteen reviews you can check than a wall of quotes you cannot.
Does Dental Link pay for reviews or ask clinics to write them?
No. Clinics do not write our reviews. Patients get a review request after treatment, as part of our aftercare messages. What they write is theirs.
What does Dental Link do when a patient has a bad experience?
Dental Link follows up in detail with every patient we place in a clinic. What patients tell us counts toward how we rate the clinic. If anything in that feedback does not look right, we do a full re-check of the clinic. Any one of these problems takes a clinic off our list: Treatment sold that the patient did not come for. A hygiene lapse. A material in the mouth that does not match the quote.
